*To qualify as an Erie County Resident, a student must provide documentation of residency in Erie County for at least 12 months.

*To qualify as an Out-of-Erie County, In-State of PA Resident, a student must provide documentation of residency in PA for at least 12 months.

*Non-Pennsylvania Residents are those who do not meet either of the two criteria above.

For the Fall 2021 semester, verified Erie County Residents will have tuition covered by the EC3 Empowerment Grant. Students will be responsible for only paying the applicable fees.
