Transferring to another institution is hard. But EC3 is working to make the transition easier for graduates by establishing agreements with local and regional four-year institutions.
EC3 has secured commitments from college partners who are willing to award transfer credit for completed degree programs or individual classes taken at EC3.
The list of partner institutions that accept one or more of our degrees as completion of the general education portion of the four-year degree includes:
- Penn West – Edinboro
- Penn West – Clarion
- Penn West – California
- Slippery Rock University
- Lake Erie College (Ohio)
Colleges that will accept EC3 courses as approved transfer credit upon students entering the four-year institution include:
- Penn State System*
- Robert Morris University (PA)
- Keystone College
EC3 is working with the following institutions to provide more access to our graduates:
- Allegheny College
- Chatham University
- Harrisburg University of Science and Technology
- Indiana University of Pennsylvania
- Mercyhurst University
- Thiel College
- University of Pittsburgh – Johnstown
*Individual courses evaluated at the Penn State system level and, upon approval, are accepted for transfer credit at all locations.
