Graduation at EC3
If you have completed the requirements for your degree, you have been contacted by our offices. Please make sure you regularly check your ec3pa.org email to ensure you are receiving updates as they are provided.
What we need from you:
- Ensure that you’ve applied for program completion in Workday contact adick@ec3pa.org if there are issues. (immediately)
- Fill out the “Graduation Application and Regalia Order Form” that was emailed to you. This will confirm you will be attending and give us your appropriate sizes for cap and gown.
- Deadline Alert: The final date to submit your Graduation Application and Regalia Order Form is April 26th, 2024. This will allow time for order and delivery of the caps and gowns!
- Keep checking your ec3pa.org email to ensure you’re getting the latest updates – like when to pick up your cap and gown!

Graduate luncheon and commencement walk through

Location: Erie County Community College Erie-West, 2403 W 8th Street, Erie, PA
During this time, we’ll be walking through the ceremony, making sure we have your information correct, you’ve picked up your cap and gown, and celebrating your accomplishments!
Commencement Ceremony
Date: Saturday, June 1, 2024
Time: Starting at 10:00 AM – graduates should arrive by 9:30 AM
