Michael Victor, J.D., L.L.D., is an accomplished leader who has been serving in the Erie community for many years. Most recently, he served as Mercyhurst University’s President for six years and before that President of Lake Erie College for a decade.
Passionate about corporate and civic organizations, Michael currently serves as a member of the UPMC Hamot Board of Directors, Duquesne School of Law Advisory Board, Hagen History Center and has served on the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership as well as many other boards in the past. Michael is Chairman of the Victor Group of Companies and has owned manufacturing companies in Erie which makes him uniquely qualified to serve with experience in academia and industry.
He has also been named the Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year and Leadership Lake County Leader of the Year in Ohio. Michael Victor will serve as a representative of District #6 on Erie County Community College’s Board of Trustees.
